In 2021 I was given the opportunity to join the JAXXON team as the VP of Marketing. I have been a fan of the brand since its inception and this was truly a dream come true for me. From creative direction to the daily marketing operations, I am at the helm of one of the most popular mens accessories brands that you see on the internet today.

  • To be efficient with digital spend you need a team and a well defined strategy.

    At JAXXON we produce new ads on a weekly basis. We tweak what we see working and kill creative that doesn’t when it comes to META and GOOGLE.

    But it doesn’t stop there. I have built out a very strategic approach on how we operate on the acquisition front by utilizing incrementality testing tools as well as a Multi-channel attribution dashboards that allows us understand efficiencies on all of our paid channels.

    This has allowed us to maximize ou channels into the mix outside of the typical META/GOOGLE. Some big wins include TV, Direct mail prospecting, and OOH. A healthy portfolio of ad channels proves to be the most effective for conversion and brand awareness.

  • JAXXON has a strong base of followers, customers, and leads. With a recision in the back of the minds of most brands and rising CAC costs, we have put a big emphasis on our Retention efforts. From Social retargeting, OTT commercials, Direct mail, and a very detailed segmentation strategy we have a strong plan in place to maintain our growth of 38% Customer return rate YOY.

  • At the helm of the Creative Team, we have built out a well oiled machine when it comes to productions. We’ve built out multiple studios and shoot a majority of our content in house as well as a rolodex of local creators that bring newness to our creative mix on a regular basis from social campaigns, ads, commercials, site content, and all product flat lays.

  • In 2022 we launched an Affiliate program for JAXXON and saw immediate results. Our main KPI with our affiliate program Is to drive new customer % growth and had double digit growth since 2022 YoY.

    One of our most notable wins was linking our SEO efforts with our Affiliate partnerships to create a MOAT around key search terms on our most important categories with the brand.
